প্রচেষ্টা প্রকল্প অ্যাপ দ্বারা আবেদন করতে হবে

আমরা ইতিমধ্যেই জেনেছি যে কোভিড-১৯ ছড়িয়ে পড়া রুখতে সারা দেশ জুড়ে লকডাউন হওয়াতে বহু অসংগঠিত ক্ষেত্রের দিনমজুর / শ্রমিকেরা কাজ হারিয়েছেন এবং যাদের অন্য কোনো উপার্জনের পথ নেই,

এই চরম সংকটে তাদের সাহায্য করার জন্য পশ্চিমবঙ্গের রাজ্য সরকার প্রচেষ্টা প্রকল্প নামে একটা নতুন যোজনা চালু করেছে। এই প্রচেষ্টা প্রকল্পে এককালীন ১০০০ টাকা ভাতা দেওয়ার কথা ঘোষণা করেছে সরকার।

*   আবেদনকারীকে শুধুমাত্র Online এ প্রচেষ্টা (Prachesta Prakalpa app) App দ্বারা আবেদন করতে হবে । Offline এ কোনো আবেদন পত্র গৃহীত হবে না।

2.     

      *  নাম, বাবার নাম, লিঙ্গ, জন্ম তারিখ, বয়স ঠিকভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে ।

3.   * ভোটার কার্ডের নং, ডিজিটাল রেশন কার্ডের নং এবং আধার কার্ডের নং দিতে হবে ।

4.   * ঠিকানা ঠিকভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে ।

5.   * বৈধ মোবাইল নং দিতে হবে ।

6.   *  Bank Name,Branch Name, Account নং এবং IFSC কোড সতর্কতার সাথে সঠিকভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে 

       * দরখাস্তের সাথে ভোটার কার্ড, ডিজিটাল রেশন কার্ড, আধার কার্ড এবং ব্যাঙ্কের ক্যান্সেল চেক বা ব্যাঙ্কের Account বই এর প্রথম পাতা যেখানে নাম, Account নং এবং IFSC কোড ইত্যাদি আছে- এই চারটি ডকুমেন্টের জেরক্স কপি দিতে হবে ।

একটি ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্ট শুধু মাত্র একজন আবেদনকারীর জন্যই প্রযোজ্য।

Corona Virus (COVID-19) in the country has caused the loss of employment for a large number of laborers/daily wage public and workers working in the unorganized sector of our West Bengal . Due to that are passing through very difficult times.

 who are in extreme distress, the State of West Bengal announced “ Prachesta Prakalpa Scheme”In the order to provide some relief to such laborer wage earner/worker,

The new Scheme called “Prachesta” (or also known as Prochesta Scheme) provides financial assistance to such laborer/daily wage earner/worker who has lost employment or livelihood opportunities due to the outbreak of Corona Virus (COVID-19).

The financial assistance amount per beneficiary will be Rs. 1000.

Initially, when this scheme was announced, there was only offline mode available to apply i.e. the eligible applicant had to download the application form and submit at the DM office manually. Now, the good news is that the department has also released a mobile app using which one can apply online for Prochesta Scheme. We will cover both of these application modes & explain to you clearly, how can you apply :

Note : It is important that you are applying from west bengal only because if location outside of wb is detected, you will not be able to apply

Eligible

§  The laborer/daily wage earner/worker is the sole earner of the family.

§  The laborer / daily wage worker should not be a beneficiary of any social scheme of the State , like a social pension Scheme ,Samajik Suraksha Yojana (SSY) and  etc.

§  Only one person from a fami]y  is eligible to apply

§  It will be the duty of District Magistrate that the applicant fulfills all the eligibility conditions
