Qualifying Standard
.
For Male Home Guard - 800 metres run to be completed in 3 minutes ,100 metres run to be completed in 15 seconds ,Long Jump 12 feet.
For Female Home Guard - 400 metres run to be completed in 2 minutes ,100 metres run to be completed in 25 seconds ,Long Jump 8 feet.
