4        4. N.O.C. of the existing school 

5         5. D/I approval of joining letter in the existing school (Authenticated xerox allowed).

6         6. Birth Registration Certificate OR Admit Card of WBBSE (MP) . Equivalent document you have .

       7. Caste Certificate you habe to bring or Disabled Certificate , if applicable .

            8. One (1 ) - Photo bearing document . EPIC/AADHAR/PAN/Driving License.

           9. Two (2) coloured passport size photo.
